Their terms are not clear - they will ask for more money!!!!

Once my contest was up and running they told me I needed to pay more money. I either paid more money or my contest would be suspended. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I've used similar sites in the past and had no trouble. I should have stuck to the sites I trusted. STAY AWAY from these scammers! Plus I have also read that once they have your credit card you will get other charges from them. Keep an eye on your statements for a few months after you have death with them. You never know what tricks they may have up their sleeves.... Sincerely, A very upset customer who wants to stop other people from making the same mistake!

They tried but I outsmarted them...

I got a call from these yahoo's and they stated that my PC was infected with a virus and that it was sending them data. I've been in IT for 15+ years so I immediately knew this was bunk. However I wanted to see what they were up to so I played dumb. First they had me go to the Event Viewer to see how "Red X's" I have. I had 95 and they were flabbergasted! Next they wanted to remote into my PC so they could scan it. I quickly fired up a virtual machine. It's a Windows 7 machine with all the patches and no 3rd party software installed. First they went into Task Manager and looked at the performance. He stated that the CPU should be running 80-90% and the 7% it was running was a result of being hacked. Then they looked at the memory and said the utilization was too low and that caused internet slowness. Both of those statements are totally false. Next we looked at the services running on my machine. Some of them were stopped (which some should be). He told me that they should all be running and the hacker had stopped them. Again, totally false. Next he copied a file to my PC so he scan my PC and see how infected it really is. He ran a file which I noticed was a vb script. It stated I was infected with a virus and had been hacked by someone in NY. Finally he stated that my software warranty had expired and that I could simply renew it through their company. That's when I called him out. I told him he was actually in a VM (which he didn't understand) and that I was an IT Pro and I told him that he lied to me on each thing he pointed out. He stated he did nothing illegal. I told him that they are deceiving people and are unethical. He kept back-pedaling stating he was doing nothing illegal even though I never mention legalities. I asked to talk to the CEO, but he was busy and would have to call me back. Yeah right. I took a look at the vb script he copied to my PC and all it does is open a command prompt and echo that I've been hacked. They can't even write a script to make it look like it was scanning something. Pathetic. If you're going to scam people, put a little more effort in to it.

I was contacted on my CELL PHONE by PC Support Squad

I was contacted on my cell phone by a representative of PC Support Squad who told me three times that it was not a sales call had me doing things to my computer only to find IT WAS A SALES CALL. I was very busy and did not have time for the nonsense. I specifically asked her if this would cost any money and she said NO and went on to tell me she was calling from Windows and a microsoft. I am sure microsoft will love to hear how they are misrepresenting their name. I will be contacting an attorney regarding this!

This is a scam and it has nothing to do with Microsoft.

There are videos on the internet that have people pranking these scam artists.

I have received numerous phone calls from a person who represented himself as a "microsoft authorized technician" from the "windows IT department," who immediately launched into stating how my computer was infected with malware and dangerous viruses that my anti-virus anti-malware would not be able to know about and/or handle. (I pay a lot for the #1 rated program and am very pleased with it.) He kept trying to get me to access my computer.

He denied wanting or needing access to my computer when I said I did not allow anyone else to access it. He also denied that he was selling a service. This was the first call I answered, and when he consistently avoided my questions about who he was, I hung up. He called two other times within a day, and when I answered the third call, he did the same thing, but this time - after constantly interrupting him and insisting on his name, company name, and location, he gave me the name and number.

I asked specifically if his was a private company, and he never would answer directly, just kept saying he was a "microsoft authorized IT tech." He spoke with a heavy accent (Spanish, perhaps?) and I had some trouble understanding him.

I finally told him I was not interested in his services and hung up again. He gave his name as John Lemmons and the number is 786-592-****. I did a reverse telephone lookup and the number belongs to a Comcast landline in the name of Joe Negron in Miami, FL.

I also did a business lookup and could not find a business by that name in Miami. If anyone wants to explore this further, feel free.

Guest

no they were very helpful...

definately one needs to pay to get things fixed

Guest

Same experience. They LIED about its being a sales call.

Said they were from 'Windows' and needed to fix 1944 problems on my computer. He spoke with a very thick accent from a place where there was MUCH loud background chatter. They got on my computer went through my files etc and then tried to FORCE me into buying a program, which I did not do. I said let me think about this and call you back, but they said they couldn't do that.

They are liars and frauds and need to be wiped out. I am changing all my passwords hoping they can not do further damage.

Guest

Same here! I had a small computer problem and THOUGHT I was reporting it Microsoft, as requested...Oh how wrong I was! Worse, it soon became obvious that these people had no more computer knowledge than I....but...by the time I realized they were only about MONEY GRUBBING, they had been searching all over my computer (for viruses that were not there) and COULD have found my banking and credit card information while I could actually see on my monitor that they were using MY free file cleaning program to look for viruses -- OUTRAGEOUS!!

They had convinced me that my computer had many problems, but of course there were NONE, they did not find one virus, but they did repeat themselves, talk over most of my replies, and never bothered speaking ENGLISH that an American could possibly interpret. Overall it was a frustrating and harrowing two hours on the phone with this SQUAD of...(fill in the blanks)!

I can only keep a close eye on my bank accounts and credit cards, and HOPE they are not thieving scam artists who will try to filch money from my accounts! Also, I regrettably agreed to a THREE MONTH contract for $69 but it showed up on my online banking site as having been charged FIVE DIFFERENT TIMES. I'll give them the benefit of admitting that I'm not SURE yet that they actually charged me five times, because it's the weekend which prevents me from checking with my bank; maybe there's a plausible explanation, but again, I can only hope!

They allowed me to believe that they were Microsoft representatives until after they drafted my bank account for the fee. At that point they denied that they ever made that claim, but of course by that time, my call had had been passed around to so many different heavily accented people with obvious fake American sounding names, I don't know now which of them said what...probably the same protocol that they use on other "unfortunates" who mistakenly contact them.

Until I tangled with the PC(supposed SUPPORT) Squad, I didn't consider myself gullible enough to be scammed...but that's only because I had not yet made the unfortunate acquaintance of Peter, Paul, Mark, Luke, and John -- their biblical names with heavy East Indian accents.

In the future, I shall not allow myself to be frustrated by TRYING to understand the broken English of other foreign scammers, but rather will let them know that IF they have no one who speaks my language, I'll be hanging up immediately! I suggest that others do the same...better still, stay far away from the supposed "PC SUPPORT SQUAD".

Fraud charge

I have been charged for something that I have no idea what it is for. I'm disputing the charge from TEC*SUPPORT or TEC SUPPORTSQUAD. It is a monthly charge for $9.99. I never received any correspondence just a charge. There is a phone number associated with this 888-225-****, FL 33309. What I noticed is that the same charge shows up every month. However it comes under different name variations with the word support in the charge. Sometimes with an "*" in the name. It would appear they are attempting to avoid detection. Try and call the number and you get a busy signal. I reported it as Fraud to the bank and am getting a new card.

Charges for Nothing

I was given a number to call by Best Buy who said I had a virus on my Toshiba laptop. When I called the number (thinking I had Toshiba), the person told me they could fix my laptop for $79.99. Then they transferred me to another person who said it would be another $89. He removed my Norton Antivirus and put on some other virus protection. Now I look at my AMEX bill, and I have a charge for $119.99 PLUS $89.99. These guys did NOTHING to fix my computer. Needless to say, I have disputed the AMEX charge.

Support Squad - complete fraud! BEWARE!!

I called Saveology to sign up for Dish Network based on a promotion that was advertised in a mailer. Upon calling, several things are clarified that are extremely misleading ("No setup fees and no installation fees!" Oh, but there's a $50 processing fee! But we forgot to put that on the ad!). They force you to sign up for a "free trial" of some service called "Support Squad" - supposedly a tech support service. I aggressively tried to decline the "free trial", but was told that I needed to cancel it after it was processed instead. Whatever. The call goes on and more shady practices are uncovered and I tell the guy on the phone I changed my mind; I don't want to sign any kind of contract with a company that's this crooked. He convinces me to let the tech come by the next day and I can read the contract, if I still don't want to sign it, all charges will be reversed and I won't be penalised at all... fine. I finish the call and hang up. An hour later, I'm still thinking about it, and still mad, so I call Saveology back and cancel. I check the next day, and the $57 or whatever has been credited back to my account. Fast forward three months - I notice a charge on my credit card that I don't recognise - "Support Squad - $9.99 - 888-2**-**68". I search my email for "support squad" and see the initial email from Saveology. So, I call the phone number and explain that the service was cancelled, I never wanted it in the first place, I don't have Dish Network, and I never got any bills, receipts, confirmations or even account info from "Support Squad" to even be able to use their services. They say that they can only reverse 1 month's worth of charges. They say that they can't reverse anything more than that because I purchased the service through a 3rd party reseller (Saveology), but the CSR also says that Saveology couldn't reverse the charges either. After arguing with them for about 20 minutes, she offers to pull the recording of the initial call - if I didn't authorise the charges, then she could reverse them. Well, the problem is, even IF I authorised the charges, I called back an hour later and cancelled! "Well, sir, they wouldn't be able to cancel the charges then because they're only a 3rd party reseller." "Whatever, pull the call. While I'm waiting the 3 weeks it takes to do that, I'll call them, and maybe I'll call my credit card company and report the charges as fraudulent." I hang up. Next, I call Saveology and start at the beginning of the story. They say they can't reverse the changes because they're only a 3rd party reseller. Me:"Whatever. You guys are the ones that sold me the service. You guys are the ones that cancelled the Dish Network service. You guys are the ones that should have told me how to cancel the Support Squad service. Now, let me talk to your manager and voice my complaint before I call my credit card company and dispute the charge with them." So, that CSR tells me that I should have called and cancelled the first time I was charged the $10 (a month after this was supposed to be CANCELLED), after all, "that's why they provide their phone number on the credit card charge." So, apparently, that's it, when you sign up for this "totally legitimate tech support company", they don't send you any emails, no snail mail, no account information, no introduction, no list of services, no welcome letter... nothing. They just bill you, and if you have any questions, you're expected to get the phone number from that line of your credit card statement. That's not shady at all! Soooo... the CSR gets her manager and they decide to "make an exception and refund all the charges". Me: "Wait... I thought Saveology was just a 3rd party reseller and they couldn't refund the charges?!?!" Saveology: "Sir, I said that we are a reseller for Dish Network, and I couldn't refund any charges from them." Me: "Who said anything about charges from Dish Network? I didn't ask you ANYTHING about Dish Network! This is the first time anybody mentioned Dish Network during this call! So, you are affiliated with Support Squad then?" Saveology: "Yes, sir, that's what I said..." Me: "Whatever. You should hurry up and process my refund before I lose it." Saveology: "You should see the refund on you credit card statement within 14 business days" What a friggin' scam!! Beware of Saveology and Support Squad! If these people get a hold of your credit card number, make sure you check your statements! And keep checking your statements!!

Just checked my checking statement and found a $50 charge from this company. Called the number immediately after finding multiple sites claiming it to be a scam.

Waited over 5 minutes after selecting billing department finally hung up and dialed again.. Another 5 minutes waiting for sales and repeated the hanging up and dialing again. This time I selected tech and within a minute was transferred. The woman put me on hold for over 4 minutes without saying anything finally came back on and informed me it was a renewal for a service I haven't had in over a year.

She then began the whole song and dance about why I need to keep it saying how they'll cover my cell phone and ipad etc.

She wouldn't listen to me when I informed her I wanted it canceled and didn't care what all they covered which she then became even more rude telling me how I supposedly asked her to give me information. I was then put on hold again while she canceled and reversed charges and was given a rude goodbye and hung up on.

SCAM!!! Don't remember signing up ever!!

Called the number on my credit card bill and this bumbling *** answers the phone. when I say I want to cancel she's like "ummm, hmmmm, hmmmm, I'm having trouble getting your file. I'm so not tech savy!" She put me on hold for a long time and finally I said, "I'm just going to call my credit card company" and then she got feisty and said, "I'm trying here, the computers are slow!" AT A TECH SUPPORT COMPANY. SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!!!!!!!

She said she cancelled my *** but I'm still checking with the credit card company.

Can we get the cops on their *** or something? ***!

Guest

How do I cancel it? I have had it for three years just incase for my wireless internet... and never needed to call them..

Guest

Thank you for sharing. I had a similar experience.

Now when I try to call the phone # to cancel the subscription because I've never used it & never gotten any account info on it anyway, the phone # says "hold for a message from our sponsers" & plays some add of *** then says either pick the add for the 3rd party or go through 411 business to find the business you want to speak to. WTFH?!?!

BS!!! Total malarkey!

wondering if anyone was able to get their money back? I know your were all a while ago but these guys have got for a yr without me knowing.

My name isnt even on the account but its getting charged to my debit card 9$ every month. I feel sick!

I have never had any kid of support tec and they know it wrong because its not even me on the account. Im not gonna give in they think passing me around and sticking me on hold for an hr each time will make me give up...

Guest

same thing happened to me I believe it was when I signed up for internet america or dish network which I did around the same time . 9.99.

a month for what! this company is a joke the guy running it has made his millions I'm sure off of hard working people. how this is legal is beyond me but it is nobody's fault but my own for be coming to complacent I guess. how they got my account information I will never know but in today's world it's something you really have to constantly look out for.

one thing it has changed is me not purchasing many services or anything that I hear on the radio or flyer in the mail. these companies hurt the economy they make consumers afraid to shop. for now on I'm using cash more and I am only buying stuff in stores or at the direct company.

also while purchasing anything directly from a company I will also say please cancel everything except for the service that I'm calling for. sounds really *** I know but it's what you gotta do.

Support squad/saveology scam artist

I have been getting a 9.99 charge on my bank account for some time now,so I further checked into it it was support squad. When I called inquiring who/what service they offered I was greeted by a rude sales rep, I promptly requested that my service is cancelled and a complete refund. The rep explains to me that I have been billed for 11 months, however she can only refund me 3 months. I told her that this was unacceptable and to please get a manager on the phone, and after a hour wait the manager Maria C was on the phone repeating the same written script to me. I then lost my cellphone connection so I promptly called back the number from which she called me from only to be greeted by someone who sounded like a janitor in a bathroom closet with no knowledge of who Maria C was. After 10 minutes of being bounced around I finally got her back on the phone, and she was nastier than the original rep. I explained to her that I was told that the 9.99 was going to be a one time transaction, she began to berate me as if I was in the wrong. She then tells me it would take up to 30 days to review the call, and if they find that I was wronged then they would refund me 30 days after that. I told her that this an unusual procedure seeing that in my line of business we can replay a phone call with a minute, and refund in 24 hours. She then said I can get 5 months back, so to avoid further phone calls with these type of people I agreed. She then tells me that I can get 2 months back with 24 hours, and a check for the rest in 4 to 6 weeks. Guess what people? 48 hours later and all that has been refunded is 9.99. TOTAL SCAM/FRAUD. And to those of you that said its cheaper to pay 9.99 a month, than pay 300 for a lose cellphone etc. That is the furthest thing from the truth you can get a one year replacement warranty from a legitimate source for only 29.99 a year, trust me a can send you a list.

I have just been SCAMMED! I called Time Warner Cable customer care to complain about their service and all of a sudden, I was told to hold on, I held on for like ten minutes.

A voice came back to announce that I have been unduly held on for too long and so that I have a compensation in a gift card of $100 to be sent to me! Before I could say my issues have not been heard, I was transferred to another line where all the questions were how I will receive 3 magazines for $0.99. I am not a magazine freak and this I insisted but before he persuaded me to try the 3 mags and then will transfer me back to Time Warner Cable. I gave him my card number, more so, it was to be “just 99cents”.

I was shocked when I got a transaction alert on my card! My account has been charged $19.47. What a way to scam! I was sure this is scam; I told the guy I am not interested in any Magazine.

The thing is that I called TIME WARNER CABLE customer care legitimately but I ended up being duped! Can I get a refund, please?

Guest

This company has been stealing money from my credit card for months without my knowledge. I also tried contacting them via their 1-800 number but they were closed during regular business hours.

I cancelled the service and had my credit card company reverse the charges. BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS A SCAMMING THIEVING ONE!

Guest

Yea that company is total BS. I dont know what kind of business operating hours they have but they have conveniently been closed every time i call. I am know having to go through my bank to put an auto stop for any payments to that company.

Guest

I am on board with everyone here. Support Squad has been taking out money in my bank account for three months straight.

I don't ever recall anyone asking me if I wanted their services. My bank reversed the charges and are investigating the matter. I have another auto-withdrawal taken from my account for the same amount, so I know that's why I missed it. Well, lesson learned, I have canceled all auto-withdrawals and relying on my bill pay instead.

Lesson learned. Hope other people on here get their money back too.

Guest

Just to increase the sales the outsourced companies in India do these scams by fooling people.

Guest

Most people forget the conversations they have with the person they talk to for setting up services.. I don't see why people would complain about such a service when all they ask fro is 9.99...

Who else give technical support and reimburse you up to $300.00 for your cable or internet equip and your cell phone as well...Come on people... Be smart!

Guest

I am just now contacting my bank about this. I have been charged since November and do not recall committing to any services provided by

Support Squad.

Called Support Squad but they were not open and conveniently did not state their business hours. I assume they get several calls a day with such disputes.

You can't believe everything you read.

After unexpectedly being billed $9.95, I immediately googled SSQ*SUPPORTSQUAD 888-225**** to find out if they were reputable found nothing but complaints. Needless to say, when I called them, I was blown away by the respect, information, options and solutions provided. It was explained that "Typically, you can only get this membership fee charged through your provider"s coverage plan (i.e., Sprint, Comcast, Dish and/or Direct TV)". My provider never explained this to me and as a result, I thought I was experiencing a scam. The Tech further explained that if I lost my cell, SSQ would reimburse me the $100 "provider-based" fee, to replace the phone. Also the SSQ tech cancelled my membership and informed me that should I wish to return, I could opt to select a alternative $40.00-a-year plan, instead of being billed at $9.99 for 12 months totaling $119.88. Now that's what I call excellent quality service. This experience has been an exciting evolution in my thinking. This wasn't a case of alleged fraud, but a case of poor communication.

BEWARE: Support Squad SCAM Check your statements for fraudulent charges!

Support Squad charged my credit card $9.99 for 6 months. I had no idea. I rarely check my statements. I will from now on. Anyhow, that's how I found about the fraudulent charges. Support Squad claims that they are dealing with our internet service providers. I called Comcast and they said I should report Support Squad because the they had never heard of them. I decided to report them to the Better Business Bureau and we went back and fourth. Support Squad credited my account for only $9.99 and the Better Business Bureau asked me if I was satisfied with that and I said No Way, that I wanted all my money back. I told the Better Business Bureau to check Support Squad online for other people complaints on fraudulent charges because I am not the only one being scammed. I suppose Better Business Bureau did and fought for me because I just received a check for $39.96 from Support Squad. So, they still owe me $9.99. Everyone out there going through this should report Support Squad to the Better Business Bureau. It is worth it. We need to fight back. Please don't let these jerks keep our hard earned money. Thanks all!

I love when unintelligent people try to act intelligent. Scam artists are very good at what they do.

I am an Ivy League graduate who called Time Warner Cable to sign up for services. A representative of this company, Support Squad, claimed to be a Time Warner Cable employee so that when I thought I was signing up for Internet and cable with TWC, he actually just signed me up for Support Squad. How was I to know that it was not a real Time Warner Cable employee on the phone when I called the number listed on Google? Not everything is always so black and white you closed-minded idiots who think that only dumb people can be scammed.

It is not like these disreputable companies stick to the law and do everything by the book. They will do anything they can to steal money from whomever they can.

I can't wait until you fall for something like this and realize that it can happen to anyone. Until then, keep being critical of others if it makes you feel better about yourselves.

Why don't you people listen when you are on the phone instead of just saying yes yes yes yes or ok ok ok ok to someone on the phone you don't even deserve to get you money back for being such an *** and all calls are recorded so an agent isn't going to give you support squad unless you yes. Thanks, I'm glad I seen this because I got dish and they told me the first six months of support squad would be free and they charged me 9.99 right away and now I just noticed a week after just getting dish they charged me another 9.99. So I called and cancelled. So I'll see if I get my money back and if they stop charging me.

It's been happening to me too! 3 months so far, I really need to check my statements more often. How did you report it???

Guest

companies cant charge your card without your consent so obiously you did sign up so stop your *** and pay attention to what you say yes to

Guest

My credit card has been charged for hundreds of dollars within a matter of days. Anyone else continue to fight the Support Squad scam. We just had to cancel our credit card and now my social is in grave danger.

Guest

Thank you! The exact same thing happened to me-I rarely check my account and 6 months I've been charged!

Grrrrr, I called Support Squad and same thing happened-only $9.99 reimbursed and I asked to speak to supervisor and they were all in a meeting, and the supervisor would call me back!

I found this and now I'm super pissed. Thanks and will be complaining to BBB!

Support Squad and Time Warner Cable = Fraud

Well I am sure as you can see on here how many people they have done this to. They have been charging me for 6 months and I never signed up with them. It started when I signed up with Time Warner Cable. My I tried to cancell and get a full refund and they would not give it to me. At this point I became very angry and told them I knew they were a fraudulent company and about all of the reviews I have read online. She told me I can't believe everything I read online. Then I told her how my brother is an attorney and he said what they were doing is not legal. At this point she spoke with her manager and a full refund was given. I also reported them to the Better Business Bureau. Anyone that has any trouble report them and get them shut down. It is not fair for them to steal from people!

Sq support squad illegally took funds from my checking account

I don't know what this company claims to be but I never subscribed for any service authorizing them to take $9.99 a month out of my checking account. I can't imagine how they got authorizationfrom the bank to withdraw these funds without my consent. This is clearly another form of identity theft and one I'm sure will be frowned upon by the Federal Government. Not only am I contacting my bank, but the authorities will be notified as well. I hate thieves and will be dealing with this (so called) organization immediately. Now I am left to wonder where they got my account number from.

Noticed a charge of $9.99 coming out of my account from my debit card. The name was Tec Support, which I did not give authorization to take from my account.

I called the company 1-88*-***-**** and told them they were committing fraud by withdrawing money from my account without my consent. They owed me for 3 months...I must say they were quick about being sorry for the mishap and said they would give me a full refund...waiting to see how fast that happens...

Support squad

This is big scam that works with other party's to rip you off so stay clear off them my cable company Time warner cable talks you into getting this service before you get your cable. And if you decide not to get bye the end of your call and they tell you that they will cancel every thing but they don't I have been paying for this service for 9 moths just caught on to it bye my bank statement and called to cancel it my self no refund would be given I just think if they are going to work with other company's they should work hand and hand if they tell you they will cancel it they should and not have you keep paying I will never again go with cable and this company should not be ripping off the public in this economy

SSQ.supportsquad.stealfromyou.com

i called supportsquad after seeing an uathorized charge on my bill. after speaking with a csr and informing her of their error she tried to get me to keep this service that i did not sign up for or authorize...seriously? the csr then went cancel my account and inform me that i would to wait 7-10 days for my credit back..WHAT? it took them less than five min to remove the funds but they want me to wait up to 10 days to get it back. at this point i requested to speak to a supervisor i was told to give her my id# and they would call me back...now im pissed. i asked how could i have an id#for a service i never knew i had? i informed the csr i was willing to wait for a supervisor to call me back, for all i know it could take them 7-10 days. the csr put me on hold and came back with a supervisor.. Javoni14493. mr.javoni admitted his company removed the funds from my acct w/o my approval and i had no choice but to over a week for my refund. i informed javoni that i could the timeframe for a actual customer who willing signed for thier service but that was not my case and for something this serious they should refund immediatley. javoni began to get defensive stating that NO companys refunds money quicker than 7-10 days...not true i work for a retailer who refund in as little as 24hours. javoni went on to quote how many fortune 500 companies he has worked for and how i just couldnt understand that there was a problem since they cancelled the service...not true again javoni, your company pretty stuck your hand in my pocket w/o my permission thats theft in the least and the that i caught you and you want to give me my money back dosent make it right. if someone steals from you and you catch does that mean they should be punished? supportsquad are theives who steal your money then tries to talk you into their service after the fact. i also forgot to mention javion refused to put me touch with their customer complaint dept and when i asked for the corp number he refused to give me that also opting to give a web address to their sales site...wtf????

I found out that SSQ was charging my credit care without authorization. When I signed up for COX cable I thought I was dealing COX in San Diego.

However, when the third party connected me to COX San Diego after taking my information I asked the COX rep what was going on. She told me it was a company that sold COX services. I received an email about new services through SSQ. Wow!

Even after calling the third party company back they still signed me up for services I neither requested or approved. I sent a cancellation email to follow up on the phone cancellation. They still charged my credit card.

After a lot of time hassling with them by phone they refunded my credit card. It is criminal that they charged my credit card without authorization from me.

once again these *** strike again. i told the guy NO yet it appeared on my statement as well, iwas told it was setup charges and when i called to dispute, their illustrious billing dept only argued that i accepted their terms and agreed to their services.

i have not had one service from them. i demanded to speak with a manage because, not only was she talking over me in whatever i was saying, but i do not allow *** kids to charge my card without my permission for services i do not receive. BEN WEISSMAN, one of their managers, assures me the account is closed and charges will be put back onto my card.

we'll see. lesson learned, do not allow 3rd parties to give you cable, internet, and phone or you will see (OR NOT) unwanted charges coming out of your account.

Same thing happened to me they took money out of my account w/o permission..I called so far they have not refunded my money.. I am PISSED. it started with Comcast cable, that is who I called first.

I called this place and spoke with sean. They have been charging us for four months and my husband has called twice before. We were lied to by Cox Cable and then they aparently signed us up for this ***. So sean told me that they have no notes that my husband called and that they can cancel this for me but only give me a one month. I wanted to ask for a sup. but decided that it wasnt worth my time. I deal all day with angry customers and didnt want to argue any further. So i took the one month and told him to have a good day.
